EntryPoint Networks is a pioneering technology company that specializes in network infrastructure solutions. They focus on creating open and interoperable networks, allowing cities and communities to build their own broadband infrastructure. EntryPoint advocates for a decentralized internet model, emphasizing local control, privacy, and innovative networking that supports smart city applications and provides equitable internet access to all. Their approach reimagines the traditional internet access model, advocating for community-driven, scalable, and sustainable broadband networks.
My Role
At EntryPoint Networks, I lead a critical UX/UI overhaul across our main SaaS platforms, significantly enhancing the user experience. As the lead product designer, I have developed EntryPoint’s first design system, comprising over 400+ components, which has greatly improved product consistency and quality, while also boosting the productivity of the development team.
My role involves establishing key strategic partnerships, especially with the Operations and Development teams, to ensure product development aligns seamlessly with our goals for operational efficiency and outstanding customer satisfaction. These collaborations have been crucial in refining our services to fully meet user needs. I actively engage in the entire product lifecycle—from discovery and design to documentation and the integration of new AI tools, demonstrating my versatility in product development.
